a fruitfUl, tiring week again~

this week~

had another emergency~

pt swallow 'fish bone' and was stuck in the neck~

non-visible thr naso-endoscopy~

so have to undergo GA~

and do a rigid-scope first to explore~

worst come to worst~

kiv cut open her neck to remove the FB~

its no luffing matter if a FB goes down ur throat~

& punctures ur esophageus etc~

but luck is on our side~

we managed to get it out using the rigid-scope~

the FB was long abt 1cm+

phew~

at least something to be happy about~

no cutting,pt wldn't have any scars~

happy ending!

and i guess a lot will be asking me~
what fish did my pt eat?
