my whole rack of cds + vcds

*and this is just 3/4 of it*

im an old school person ~

i value scribbling on letters,sending cards rather than gadgets ~

but of cos i cant deny i do like the present IT technology which is faster =p

these are the years of my keeping ~

i've a dream when i am still a teens ~

i dream i become a dolphin trainer ~

that's how i was so into dolphins during sec sch times ~

i even do research, paper cuttings, borrowing books on dolphins etc...

got to know their diff breeds, names, habitat etc...

last but not least ~

everyone do chase idols, right?

same goes for me!

and my idol is daniel chan =p

i swear i've almost every of his entire album ~

*oh gosh, allright except for 1 or 2 cantonse & the latest album*

i went to each and every of his autograph session when he's here ~

and here today i realise i've 3 files and 1 sketch book on him alone

with all the paper, magazines cutting etc etc etc...

can u imagine that haha!!!!

at times i feel like giving them away cos i find it very wasted to throw away =(

running has become a routine or should i say hobby or just a way to keep fit for me.

everyone runs,be it long or short distance or just even chasing the bus when you know you are late for work.

i started my first run with Standard Chartered in 2007.

but it has never occurred to me that i can join marathons and run till today.

i admit i don't train regularly for my run but at least i don't complain that my workload is pilling up that i dun even have the time to run.

maybe just a 30mins short distance run as compare to you sitting in front of your laptop and facebook without anything done!

or maybe just a 30mins run could get your work done even better after that, isn't it great?

sometimes i ask myself what do i exactly run for?

for a medal, for an achievement, for health?

some people says that they find it very foolish and waste money to pay just for a run.

ask yourself, do you get up everyday to run or perhaps once a week?

do you put aside all your complaines of workload and tiredness to run?

and lastly do you get to run with so many runners on a sunday morning and which motivates yourself?

while others may say, every marathon will bound to be a collapse case of a runner.

why do you paid so much to run, suffer and die in the end?

so i ask you, if you will to die in your sleep,

do you still want to sleep now?

you didn't pay to suffer and die in your sleep do you?

perhaps you can pass away peacefully this way while a collapse runner may felt that at least he achieve something before he collapse during the recent collapse case of a 21 yrs old athletic.

in running, i get to have a clear mindset, inner peace, fresh air *except for the odour of sweat* and get to see cute guys *ops, that's not the main point*

and its always never too late to run =)

when u have got too much time on your hands you tend to fiddle and go through photo folders on your comp looking and laughing at yourself when you looked so 'toot' in the past with the ugly hair and unmatching clothes. you cringe and you look further, you see times that you've had, happier times with friends and special ones, silly and crazy things that you have done. sad times, angry times, times when you've quarrelled and made up. memories then come flooding in, thoughts go running across your mind as if in a dream because for some reason some recollections feel so surreal as if it never happened. but you know it happened, as affirmed by this indescribable feeling that begins to well up within you, reminding you of those ironically happy times. you feel your gut churn and twist, and you realise the strange etheral hurt seems to throb in sync with your heart beat. you try to understand where that feeling is coming from. it feels like it is coming from a place so deep, that place where you have subconciously buried those wonderful pleasant memories for fear that they would bare their teeth and sink them into your once bleeding heart again. you close your album folder and you feel a little better.

strange huh how the amnesia is never complete.
